螺桿空壓機(jī)的排氣量與轉(zhuǎn)速成正比，而轉(zhuǎn)速往往會(huì)隨電網(wǎng)的電壓、頻率而變化。當(dāng)電壓降低或頻率降低時(shí)，轉(zhuǎn)速將下降，使螺桿空壓機(jī)排氣量減少。

螺桿空壓機(jī)是容積型壓縮機(jī)，吸氣體積不變。當(dāng)吸氣溫度升高，或吸氣管路阻力過大而使吸入壓力降低時(shí)，氣體的密度減小，相應(yīng)地會(huì)減少螺桿空壓機(jī)排氣量；
