螺桿機(jī)油的保養(yǎng)及更換

螺桿機(jī)油的好壞對噴油螺桿機(jī)的性能具有決定性的影響，良好的油品具有抗氧化穩(wěn)定性好、分離迅速、清泡性佳、高粘度、防腐性能好，因此，用戶必須使用純正的本公司專用螺桿機(jī)油。
The quality of screw oil has a decisive impact on the performance of the
oil injection screw machine. Good oil has good oxidation stability,
rapid separation, good foam clearing, high viscosity, and good corrosion
resistance. Therefore, users must use pure screw oil specially used by
the company.
新機(jī)磨合期500小時后進(jìn)行首次油品更換，以后按使用說明更換新油。換油時最好同時更換油過濾器。在環(huán)境惡劣的場所使用縮短更換周期。
The oil shall be replaced for the first time after 500 hours of running
in period of the new machine, and then the new oil shall be replaced
according to the instructions. It is better to replace the oil filter at
the same time when changing the oil. Shorten the replacement cycle when
used in harsh environments.
更換方法：
Replacement method:
起動空壓機(jī)運(yùn)行5分鐘，使油溫升至50℃以上，油品粘度下降。
Start the air compressor and run it for 5 minutes to make the oil temperature rise above 50 ℃ and the oil viscosity drop.
停止運(yùn)行，當(dāng)油氣桶內(nèi)存無0.1Mpa壓力時，打開油氣桶底部的放油閥，接上儲油罐。放油閥應(yīng)慢慢打開，以免帶壓潤滑油四濺傷人污物。等潤滑油成滴狀后關(guān)閉放油閥。擰開油濾芯，把各管路里的潤滑油同時放盡，換上新油濾芯。
Stop the operation. When there is no 0.1Mpa pressure in the oil and gas
tank, open the oil drain valve at the bottom of the oil and gas tank and
connect the oil storage tank. The oil drain valve shall be opened
slowly to prevent the splashing of pressurized lubricating oil from
injuring people and dirt. Close the oil drain valve after the
lubricating oil drops. Unscrew the oil filter element, drain the
lubricating oil in each pipeline at the same time, and replace it with a
new oil filter element.
打開加油口螺堵，注入新油，使油位在油標(biāo)刻度線范圍內(nèi)，擰緊加油口螺堵，檢查有無滲漏現(xiàn)象。
Open the filler plug and inject new oil to make the oil level within the
range of the oil scale mark. Tighten the filler plug and check for
leakage.
潤滑油在使用過程中必須經(jīng)常檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)油位線太低時應(yīng)及時補(bǔ)充新油，潤滑油使用中也必須經(jīng)常排放冷凝水，一般情況每周排放一次，在高溫氣候下應(yīng)2-3天排放一次。停機(jī)4小時以上，在油氣桶內(nèi)無壓力情況下打開放油閥，水泥桿 保定空壓機(jī) 保定古箏 塑料增韌劑 拱形護(hù)坡模具 保定空調(diào)維修 托輥設(shè)備 托輥生產(chǎn)線出冷凝水，看到有機(jī)油流出時迅速關(guān)閉閥門。
The lubricating oil must be checked frequently during use. If it is
found that the oil level line is too low, new oil shall be replenished
in time. Condensate water must also be drained frequently during the use
of the lubricating oil. Generally, it should be drained once a week,
and once every 2-3 days in a high temperature climate. Stop the machine
for more than 4 hours, open the oil opening valve when there is no
pressure in the oil and gas drum, drain the condensate water, and close
the valve quickly when you see oil flowing out.
潤滑油嚴(yán)禁不同品牌混合使用，切忌潤滑油超期使用，否則潤滑油品質(zhì)下降，潤滑性不良，閃點(diǎn)降低，極易造成高溫停機(jī)，引起油品自燃。
It is strictly prohibited to mix different brands of lubricating oil,
and it is strictly prohibited to use lubricating oil beyond the
specified period, otherwise, the quality of lubricating oil will
decline, the lubricity will be poor, and the flash point will be
reduced, which will easily lead to high temperature shutdown and oil
spontaneous combustion.
