其實(shí)二級壓縮就是把一級壓縮轉(zhuǎn)子和二級壓縮轉(zhuǎn)子組合在一個(gè)機(jī)殼內(nèi),并分別通過斜齒輪直接傳動(dòng)。自然空氣通過空氣過濾器進(jìn)入第一級壓縮,在壓縮腔與少量潤滑油混合,同時(shí)將混合氣體壓縮到級間壓力。壓縮后的氣體進(jìn)入冷卻通道,與大液壓鋼壩 量油霧接觸,從而大大降低了溫度。降溫后的壓縮氣體進(jìn)入第二級轉(zhuǎn)子,進(jìn)行二次壓縮,被壓縮到最終排氣壓力。最后通過排氣法蘭排出壓縮機(jī),完成整個(gè)壓縮過程。
In fact, the two-stage compression refers to the combination of the first stage compression rotor and the second stage compression rotor in a casing, which are directly driven by helical gears respectively. Natural air enters the first stage of compression through the air filter, mixes with a small amount of lubricating oil in the compression chamber, and compresses the mixed gas to the interstage pressure at the same time. The compressed gas enters the cooling channel and contacts with a large amount of oil mist, which greatly reduces the temperature. The cooled compressed gas enters the second stage rotor for secondary compression and is compressed to the final exhaust pressure. Finally, the compressor is discharged through the exhaust flange to complete the whole compression process.
