螺桿式空氣壓縮機由螺桿機頭、電動機、油氣分離桶、冷卻系統(tǒng)、空氣調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)、潤滑系統(tǒng)、安全閥及控制系統(tǒng)等組成。整機裝在1個箱體內(nèi)，自成一體，直接放在平整的水泥地面上即可，無需用地腳螺栓固定在基礎(chǔ)上。螺桿機頭是1種雙軸容積式回轉(zhuǎn)型壓縮機頭。1對高精密度主(陽)、副(陰)轉(zhuǎn)子水平且平行地裝于機殼內(nèi)部，主(陽)轉(zhuǎn)子有5個齒，而副（陰）轉(zhuǎn)子有6個齒。主轉(zhuǎn)子直徑大，副轉(zhuǎn)子直徑小。齒形成螺旋狀，兩者相互嚙合。主副轉(zhuǎn)子兩端分別由軸承支承定位。工作時電動機通過連軸器(或皮帶)直接帶主轉(zhuǎn)子，由于2轉(zhuǎn)子相互嚙合，主轉(zhuǎn)子直接橡膠托輥 槽型托輥 皮帶托輥 平行托輥 保定搬家 保定搬家電話 保定搬家公司 保定搬家 銅鼎 銅獅子 帶動副轉(zhuǎn)子一同旋轉(zhuǎn)。
Screw air compressor is composed of screw head, motor, oil-gas separation barrel, cooling system, air conditioning system, lubrication system, safety valve and control system. The whole machine is installed in a box and is self-contained. It can be directly placed on the flat cement ground without fixing it on the foundation with anchor bolts. Screw head is a double shaft volumetric rotary compressor head. A pair of high-precision main (male) and auxiliary (female) rotors are installed horizontally and parallel inside the casing. The main (male) rotor has 5 teeth and the auxiliary (female) rotor has 6 teeth. The diameter of the main rotor is large and the diameter of the auxiliary rotor is small. The teeth form a spiral shape and they mesh with each other. Both ends of the main and auxiliary rotors are respectively supported and positioned by bearings. During operation, the motor directly takes the main rotor through the coupling (or belt). Since the two rotors mesh with each other, the main rotor directly drives the auxiliary rotor to rotate together.
