冷干機是對壓縮空氣進行后處理，因此選型規(guī)則根據空氣壓縮機提供的技術參數來選。主要的參數有以下幾點:

1.空氣壓力：冷干機主要處理空氣凈化部分于蒸發(fā)器中實現(xiàn)，蒸發(fā)器為三類壓力容器。按工作壓力分有低壓型（0.3-0.6MPa）、普通型（0.6-0.95MPa）和中、高壓型（≥1.0MPa）三類，且市場空壓機壓力從低到高種類非常繁多，冷干機壓力選型和儲氣罐一樣，按照空氣壓縮機產生的空氣壓力進行選擇冷干機的壓力類型。一般我公司正常生產都為1.0Mpa下機型，如果高于1.0Mpa上機型需特別定制。

2.空氣處理流量：壓縮空氣流量不可超過額定處理量的10%。一般選型時冷干機稍可選則大于空壓機排氣量，這樣空氣處理效果更加。我公司接受 0.5~500 M3/min 及更大氣流量機型的定制。
2. air treatment flow: the compressed air flow can not exceed 10% of the
rated capacity. In general, the cold dry machine is slightly larger
than the air compressor, so that the effect of air treatment is more.
Our company accepts the custom of 0.5~500 M3/min and the more air flow
model.
