當(dāng)啟動裝置開啟后, 電動機(jī)進(jìn)入正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn), 通過三角皮帶輪帶動壓縮機(jī)曲軸,再通過連桿和十字頭,使活塞在氣缸內(nèi)作往復(fù)直線運(yùn)動。當(dāng)活塞由外止點向內(nèi)止點開始移動時, 氣缸內(nèi)側(cè)活塞外側(cè)處于低壓狀態(tài),氣體通過近期閥進(jìn)入汽缸, 當(dāng)活塞由內(nèi)止點向外止點移動時, 進(jìn)氣閥關(guān)閉,氣缸內(nèi)的氣體則被壓縮而提高壓力。當(dāng)壓力超過排氣閥外氣體壓力時,排氣閥打開,開始排出壓縮氣體,當(dāng)活塞到達(dá)外止點時排氣完畢。氣體經(jīng)過一級氣缸壓縮再經(jīng)中間冷卻器冷卻后,進(jìn)入二級缸,同樣被壓縮后進(jìn)入儲氣罐,以備使用。1、活塞式空壓機(jī)的原理 --驅(qū)動機(jī)啟動后,經(jīng)三角膠帶,帶動壓縮機(jī)曲軸旋轉(zhuǎn),通過曲柄桿機(jī)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)化為活塞在氣缸內(nèi)作往復(fù)運(yùn)動。當(dāng)活塞由蓋側(cè)向軸運(yùn)動時,氣缸容積增大,缸內(nèi)壓力低于大氣壓力,外界空氣經(jīng)濾清器,吸氣閥進(jìn)入氣缸;到達(dá)下止點后,活塞由軸側(cè)向蓋側(cè)運(yùn)動,吸氣閥關(guān)閉,氣缸容積逐漸變小,缸內(nèi)空氣被壓縮,壓力升高,當(dāng)壓力達(dá)到一定值時,排氣閥被頂開, 壓縮空氣經(jīng)管路進(jìn)入儲氣罐內(nèi), 如此壓縮機(jī)周而復(fù)始地工作,不斷地向儲氣罐內(nèi)輸送壓縮空氣,使罐內(nèi)壓力逐漸增大,從而獲得所需的壓縮空氣。
