壓縮機(jī)是以空氣為介質(zhì)的重要?jiǎng)恿υO(shè)備，在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)各行業(yè)及國(guó)防建設(shè)中應(yīng)用十分廣泛。國(guó)內(nèi)外信息表明，以螺桿式壓縮機(jī)代替活塞式壓縮機(jī)，是國(guó)際上空氣動(dòng)力用壓縮機(jī)發(fā)展的最新趨勢(shì)。目前美、日及西歐等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的螺桿壓縮機(jī)市場(chǎng)占有量己達(dá)90%以上。九十年代以來，我國(guó)通用機(jī)械壓縮機(jī)制造業(yè)已經(jīng)批量、規(guī)模化生產(chǎn)螺桿式壓縮機(jī)，螺桿式壓縮機(jī)在改善生產(chǎn)條件，降低環(huán)境噪聲，提高氣源質(zhì)量，保障生產(chǎn)正常進(jìn)行，減少維修時(shí)間及費(fèi)用等諸方面均有著活塞式壓縮機(jī)無法比擬的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
Compressor is an important power equipment with air as medium, which is widely used in various industries of national economy and national defense construction. Information at home and abroad shows that replacing piston compressor with screw compressor is the latest development trend of aerodynamic compressor in the world. At present, the market share of screw compressor in developed countries such as the United States, Japan and Western Europe has reached more than 90%. Since the 1990s, China's general mechanical compressor manufacturing industry has produced screw compressors in batches and on a large scale. Screw compressors have incomparable advantages over piston compressors in improving production conditions, reducing environmental noise, improving air source quality, ensuring normal production and reducing maintenance time and cost.
