油循環(huán)系統(tǒng):在啟動前,首先啟動油泵控制系統(tǒng),油泵控制系統(tǒng)啟動后保證空壓機各潤滑部件潤滑良好,同時油泵控制系統(tǒng)可通過內置的溫控閥來調節(jié)內部油壓和油溫,以滿足系統(tǒng)需要。
1. Oil circulation system: before starting, the oil pump control system

2、氣路循環(huán)系統(tǒng):壓縮機工作時,空氣經(jīng)過自潔式空氣過濾器被吸入,通過PLC自動清洗過濾器,空氣在經(jīng)過進口導葉自動調節(jié)后進入一級壓縮,經(jīng)一級壓縮后的氣體溫度較高,然后進入中間冷卻器進行冷卻(水走管內,氣走管外,中冷器的水流量要求為110m/h)之后進入二級壓縮系統(tǒng),為避免系統(tǒng)中的氣體倒入壓縮腔內(避免帶壓起動)在壓縮機的排氣管道安裝有一只懸掛全啟式止回閥,壓縮機排出的氣體推開止回閥進入排氣消聲器,然后進入一級后冷器,二級后冷器,再進入排氣主管道。
2. Air circulation system: when the compressor is working, air is sucked

guide vane automatically. The temperature of the gas after the first
stage compression is higher, and then it enters the intercooler for

secondary compression system, in order to prevent the gas in the system
from pouring into the compression cavity (to avoid starting with
pressure), a suspended full open check valve is installed in the exhaust
pipe of the compressor. The gas discharged from the compressor pushes
the check valve open to enter the exhaust muffler, then enters the
primary aftercooler, the secondary aftercooler and then enters the main
exhaust pipe.
3、水路循環(huán)系統(tǒng):冷卻水通過管道進入空壓機中間冷卻器對一級壓縮排出的氣體進行冷卻降溫,再進入后冷器對排氣進行冷卻,另一路冷卻水進水管道經(jīng)過主電機上部的兩組換熱器冷卻電機繞組,還有一路對油冷卻器進行冷卻。
3. Water circulation system: the cooling water enters the intermediate
cooler of the air compressor through the pipeline to cool the gas
discharged from the first stage compression, and then enters the
aftercooler to cool the exhaust gas. The other cooling water inlet pipe
cools the motor winding through two groups of heat exchangers on the
upper part of the main motor, and another channel cools the oil cooler.
4、配電系統(tǒng):空壓機為2000kW高壓電機(10kV)采用全壓啟動,控制柜為戶內交流、金屬鎧裝抽出式開關設備,開關設備由固定的柜體和可抽出部件即手車兩大部分組成,實現(xiàn)控制、保護、監(jiān)測的目的,具有“五防”功能。
