2、氣路循環(huán)系統(tǒng)：壓縮機(jī)工作時(shí)，空氣經(jīng)過自潔式空氣過濾器被吸入，通過PLC自動(dòng)清洗過濾器，空氣在經(jīng)過進(jìn)口導(dǎo)葉自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)后進(jìn)入一級壓縮，經(jīng)一級壓縮后的氣體溫度較高，然后進(jìn)入中間冷卻器進(jìn)行冷卻(水走管內(nèi)，氣走管外，中冷器的水流量要求為110m/h)之后進(jìn)入二級壓縮系統(tǒng)，為避免系統(tǒng)中的氣體倒入壓縮腔內(nèi)(避免帶壓起動(dòng))在壓縮機(jī)的排氣管道安裝有一只懸掛全啟式止回閥，壓縮機(jī)排出的氣體推開止回閥進(jìn)入排氣消聲器，然后進(jìn)入一級后冷器，二級后冷器，再進(jìn)入排氣主管道。
